Energizing sustainability – Green Energy!

ABM is excited to announce a major leap in our sustainability efforts, in line with our commitment to the Green Manufacturing. We've embarked on a mission to reduce our emissions by 2025, as part of this commitment, we have invested in one of the largest solar installations in the ITOB Industrial Zone at our headquarters plant in Menderes - Izmir which includes solar panels covering our factory roof.

December 2024 marks a significant milestone, as the first batch of panels are in action – giving us access to our own renewable energy for the first time. The finished installation is estimated to produce approximately 1,1 Million kWh annually, covering a big amount of our energy needs based on last year's consumption and cutting our carbon emissions by about 1.096.710 kg of CO2e each year. Equivalent of planting 55.000 trees.

With this investment, we are taking a huge step towards our stabilization of energy costs and our sustainability goals.
